Insolvency and Bankruptcy

His specialization extends to niche areas such as Prevention of Food Adulteration prosecutions, Electricity, Power, and Business Law, making him a versatile legal practitioner.
Arvind’s distinguished career includes serving as the Additional Advocate General for the State of Haryana in the Supreme Court of India (2007-2010), where he handled complex civil, service, land acquisition, and criminal cases. He also served as the Additional Public Prosecutor for the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, managing appeals in criminal cases and food adulteration matters in the High Court. His notable appointments include being a Court Commissioner, where he monitored unauthorized constructions and public land encroachments under the directives of the Hon’ble High Court, and serving as Commission Counsel in the Justice M.C. Jain Commission probing the assassination of former Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi. Additionally, he has contributed as a consultant to NHAI and as an advisor to SIDCUL, aiding in industrial project setups in Uttarakhand.
Currently, Arvind continues to appear in various legal forums, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, APTEL, Tribunals, and Commissions. An “Advocate-on-Record” in the Supreme Court since May 2000, he handles a wide range of litigation, including Special Leave Petitions, service matters, property disputes, public interest litigations, and criminal cases. His expertise in arbitration is notable, as he represents various companies and corporations and serves as an arbitrator in numerous cases, further highlighting his comprehensive legal acumen.
Manuj Bhargava

Manuj is a seasoned legal professional with over 30 years of post-qualification experience. He holds a law degree from Delhi University and is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi. Additionally, he is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). His legal experience enable him to provide expert guidance across multiple sectors.
Throughout his career, Manuj has served in various management roles within Corporate houses and government bodies, bringing his legal acumen to the business and governance domains. His vast experience has shaped his understanding of both legal complexities and business strategies, allowing him to advise and support various organizations effectively.
In addition, Manuj is a successful entrepreneur and thought leader. He founded India’s leading corporate law database, “CLAonline,” used extensively by top law firms, corporate houses, universities, and other institutions. As the publisher and managing editor of “Corporate Law Adviser,” India’s leading fortnightly journal on Corporate Laws, Manuj contributes significantly to the legal community. He has authored several books, including “Rights of Indian Citizens” and the “Insolvency Law Yearbook,” and has written numerous articles for leading legal journals.
